Her experience spans multi-sectors from Lifesciences, Industrial, Cleantech, Software & Technology and manufacturing services.

In her most recent role with Enterprise Ireland, Sarita was Manager of HPSU Start, leading a national team of 20 employees responsible for sourcing and developing investible and scalable start-up opportunities for Enterprise Ireland. Annual target of 100 HPSU clients with an investment target of €30+ million.

Sarita was also Manager of Female Entrepreneurship for 3 years and managed Enterprise Ireland’s initiatives to support and develop investment in female founded companies. Sarita successfully increased EI female founder clients from 15% to 28%; an increase of over 100 new founders. Investments of approximately €10 million over the term.

She holds a Bachelor of Business (Hons) Degree and an MBS from Liverpool John Moore’s University.
