As a passionate advocate for gender equality Eefke supports women in creating the work life they aspire to. She also partners with organizations to retain and advance their female talent.

She has 12 years of consulting and management experience in different Dutch health care organizations and 7 years of entrepreneurial experience in 3 different countries.

Eefke is a certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC), a licensed Firework Career Coach and is accredited by the International Coach Federation (PCC).

In addition to being an internationally certified coach, she has completed the INSEAD Gender Diversity Program.

Her services include one-to-one coaching and group coaching programs for female leaders. She also runs bespoke workshops.

Eefke is a mum of two, loves running and is based in Brussels.
