Dr. Josephine Sundqvist currently holds the position as Secretary-General and CEO of LM International, a Swedish Global Foundation that operates in over 30 countries.

She is passionate about driving digital transformation and in fostering an innovative culture in global development and humanitarian aid.

She has previously served the Swedish Government as Senior Strategic Advisor at the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida).

She brings strong research skills with a Doctorate, PhD from Uppsala University. With unique field experiences from Eastern Africa region and several fragile states in the Sahel she brings unique adaptive management experience and carries within her impact stories from women and girls’ everyday reality as digital champions.
